what is the minimum load bearing capacity of commercial building in jharkhand.

Dear Kumar

       There is no such limit for maximum or minimum load bearing capacity of the soil in any area. For structure design you should get the load bearing capcity of the site where you are supposed to construct the building and than take its design from structural engineer to adopt at the site. For other construction details visit website gharexpert.com where you will find lot of material for construction and interior, vastu etc.
