 Topic: How much can i construct on 333 square yard plot
Dear all Experts,

I required guidance for building construction

i have a plot area around 333 square yard plot ,
i am planning to start construction of building on same

there is road beside plot is around 30 Feet

i want to construct two ,  2 BHK flat at each floor and want to construct 5 floor.

is it feasible ??? or legally any obstacle for that??
plz guide me ,,

It all depends on the area rules and regulation. Please check building rules and regulations of your area.

area is Vadodara(Gujarat) and total Plot size is 333 sq yard

do u have any idea about rules >?

i have 2 info: 1: can construct 75% of area and 2nd recently i got news that only 60% construction can done,

so if u have any info plz guide,

The permissible construction area,Set Back on various sizes of plots and No.of Floors.are governed by the Floor Area Ratio (FAR) of that ward. It is decided by local municipal corporation or Development authority under the limits of  State's Building Bye-laws..Dear CVG kindly contact an qualified Architect / Engineer of your town to solve your query as well as problem of sanction of Map.
