How much is the to approve land in chennai?

 Topic: How much is the to approve land in chennai?
I heard it takes 4-5 lacs to get approval from authority to build a house of 1000 sqft in a 2400 sqft plot. I already have a house,i am going to demolish and build G+2,how much would it roughly cost for authority approval?

          The bye- laws and approval cost is differ from one city to other city, so contact the person relating the Chennai city.

Just couple of days back I have applied for the CMDA approval. Yes it may be true. Where is your prorerty in chennai.
