how much will it cost for 2 floors superstructure,

Approx. rates in moderate/semiurban area in Andhra Pradesh on builtup area basis for self construction (Material supply by owner, labour contract for construction)

RCC frame works : INR 350 per SQFT.

Brick work & plaster, Neem wood doors and windows, flush doors (readymade), plumbing (parryware, moderate quality), white marble flooring(2'x2' tiles), electircal works and painting : INR 400 to 600 per SQFT.

Other (muncipal water, borewell, sewer, electrical connections, registrations etc.): Extra (INR 45per sqft)

Note: If you go for Teakwood, Marble/Granite slabs, High quality paints like texture paints etc. then add upto INR 200 per Sqft.

Simply I can say 700 to 950 for moderate finish (reasonably good) and upto 1200 for high quality finishes (Premium segment).
