If you go for Plain Ceiling with Border , at present costs Ceiling per SFT rate is around Rs.32 to Rs.35/- plus Borders will cost in running feet Rs.35 per feet.

If you for additional shapes with designs, Rate calculated additional as per total surface area which means Total slab area plus additional preject face in running feet (or area) plus Border.

Join date: Oct 2011		The price would vary from Rs 25 to 35 per sq ft and this is for the plain design. If you need designs on the borders or in between, it will cost further. Do some research in terms of price in the market or contact people who have applied it at their homes. Good luck.
