Join date: Jun 2009		Plot has to be divided into 90 degrees four side and then the building construction should be in Square or Rectangular shape.

hello mr prakash,

actually first of all u should clear that it is to be used as commercial/residential purpose if it is for resi then its not at all apt whereas if u use for comm puropose it is good ur plot is shermukhi which is not at all good for residential purpose.if u dont have any option to leave this plot then u can follow mr ANIL ADVICE.

Sir,

 

We have a shop shermukhi (sinhmukhi) facing west, my and my wife's rashi according to chander is kark (cancer). Though our shop is running quite well and we want to build a 2 floor residence on the top of the shop to avoid inconveniece up/down to our house. Should we go ahead as it is a shermukhi shop which is not considered to be good for house or any vastu you can suggest.
