dear Mr. Gupta

i have a tenament house which is only ground floor has 31x29 sq ft of construction and plot size is around +1400 sq ft and my next door neighbor build his house 3 stories years ago for which i shared cost for common wall , my question is that if i want to build 2 more stories on my ground floor house what should i consider when it comes to a foundational point of view  like

1) how many pillars (columns) should i consider before i start construction for 2nd and 3rd floors and what is your best advice for best material and diameter of pillars(columns) should be, how much should pillars(columns) cost ?

2)what is a best way to build 2 floors, please give me detail advice. and what will be the rough cost estimate to build around 2000-2400 sqft?

Note: also need separate answers (house originally RCC built)

        The position of pillars are maked after the study of plan of the building or house according to the requirement of loading condition the size of column is calculated. If you want than send to support@gharexpert.com.

The cost of the building is depend on the specifictions used at the time of construction.
