 Topic: new house
hi

I have just constructed a house on the 2 nd floor  banglow 
as per sanction plan from pune PMC we where suppose to build 750 sq feet  but actual 180 sq feet was more 

how much extra i have to pay more  as PMC charges offically & un offically 

pls advice

        It is better if you take information from PUNE PMC.

Join date: May 2014		They were not gonna count the balcony'e. 
They count only the inner carpet area only. 
Please check with the engineer from that department for more details.

Better contact a local architect or agent.
