open space requirement in urban area construction

 Topic: open space requirement in urban area construction
Dear Sir,

I want to construct house in pune district urban area. How much minimum open space requirement is there at front, rear and side of the constructed house?

       It is better to contact Municipal Authority of your city for this problem. There are slight change of rule from state to state.

Join date: May 2014		Generally the inner carper area is 53.33% in most of the urban areas. Not include any balcony. But after completion certificate you can construct extra room in the backyard. That will make it 65%. So just keep in mind that you have to leave 15% each in front and back yard. For more clear picture contact your authority.
