our plot size is 60x 40. Its south FACING. wE WANT TO BUILD A SINGLE BEDROOM HOUSE IN GROUND FLOOR WITH CAR PARKING AND A DOUBLE BEDROOM HOUSE IN THE FIRST FLOOR. KINDLY PROVIDE ME A PLAN FOR THE SAME. AND KINDLY CLARIFY THE BELOW QUERIES.1. MINIMUM WIDTH OF THE STAIRCASE2. MINIMUM SIZE OF CAR PARKING FOR 3 CARS.
