outside north side bathroom adjacent to buidling wall

dear sir,

our house is north east facing with east of northeast veedi potu. there is 3 feet open place at south side and 12 feet at north side, west side 3 feet and at east approx.20 feet. we have a master bed room at south west for that there is an attached bathroom at east of that room (kitchen was divided into 2 one is attached bathroom for master bed room and kitchen at extreme east of south. the entrance of master bed room is north east.

there is vent-window for attached bathroom at south side of bathroom(attached to master bedroom).

now we are planing to construct new outside bathroom and store room at north west place of the building putting less gap to building. we have more 6'5 feet open space upto compound wall after constructing this bathroom.

please guide us is it preferable and also find is there any dosha's in said description.
