 Topic: planning to make a house
Hello
I have 2 plots, one is of 3.5 katha and other one is of 4.75 katha ( in kolkata 720sqft is 1 katha).I want to make G+7 (per floor per 4bhk flat area should be approx 2200-2500 super built up) OR G+5 (per floor two 4bhk flat area should be same as above). I want to know is it possible in any of the two plots?
what is rear open? please help me as I have to decide fast..

Join date: May 2014		Yes its possible. Rear open is to leave some open space at the backside of the flat for ventilation.
