|  Topic: What is the plinth Beam properties for Ground +3 residential building?
Dear Sir,We are constructing the plinth beam for Ground+3 residential building. The Ground (1500sqf) and First(1600 sqf) ,Second(1600sqf) and Third(1600sqf).
What is the RCC ratio? I need very Strong one. What is the width and height? What is the steel Size? Recommended one?
Please advice.
