 Topic: renovation of contrust my existing house

Hi,

Currently we are in a asbestos based house, planning to demolish and build a new one. But i am in dilema and reason for that is few of my friends to to renovate with few changes coz it is only 80 Yards( no possibility of getting loan from banks).

         In my opinion you should prepare drawing according to requirement. Than take further action according to your budget.
1. If old house walls are in good condition/strong than use them saves your budget.
2. Do proper planning according to budget i.e. lay roof. Fix main door and do plaster flooring and other items slowly according to budget.
