right direction for sewage & other waste pipelines from a east facing house

 Topic: right direction for sewage & other waste pipelines from a east facing house
I want to know which are the right directions for waste pipelines. shud there be separate pipelines for toilet, bathroom, kitchen and others.

At first floor, I have two bedrooms one in SW and other in NW. this bath-cum-toilet is made in West direction between these two rooms. in which direction should i install waste pipes. Can anyone suggest right directions for waste exit pipes of bathroom existing in west direction of a east facing very old house. Also i have to connect this waste exit pipeline to ground floor's waste exit pipelines which are in south direction. guide me what shud i do?
