right time for footing- payal VS dobre foundation

 Topic: right time for footing- payal VS dobre foundation
Hi, in rainy season what is right way and time to under the soil colum work...
as contractor said when we dig soil water comes. how can we judge it is right time(Days) to do this work ones raining  has stop.

         If the area is water logging than problem of water may arise in some area during  rainy season.Avoid heavy rainy day. See the link below
