selecting an apartment perpendicular to a sub road

 Topic: selecting an apartment perpendicular to a sub road

Hello sir,

I am looking for purchasing a flat.The apartment site(west facing) is perpendicular to the sub road(ie the road ends directly into the face of the apartment).The entrance gate is located in the south west.Is it alright to go for such apartments?
