should i build row shops or apartment in my land

Hi Gents,

i bought a piece of land 5 months ago ( Asphalt (black top) road facing plots --04 each.

520 square yards (02 plots) one side and middle there is a 32 feet road and 528 square yards (02 plots).

My land is 01 minute 40 sec.. away from the main centre of the town.

it is a kind of commercial area.

So, please some have a look at the following link (youtube) provided below and advise me whether i should build a row shops in ground floor... is it a good idea.

as per above video link in youtube.. you can view my plots ...time 01 minute 40 sec to 02 minute 12 sec... all the road facings plots are belong to me.

after 2 minute 12 sec ... the area is well developed.. upcoming

my plots are having 3 sides roads.. 1 side neighbours private property.

so please advise... how many row shops that i can build in ground floor along the Tar road (west Facing)......

if i build ground floors shops + 1 st floor residential housing+2 nd floor residential housing... how much it would cost for me.
