Topic: Is this plan good for south facing

We have a SOUTH Facing 42 * 40 plot. We would like to construct a house. Since I give importance to good ventilation, I decided to draft my ideas and hand it over to architect for actual plan. Attached are my ideas for room placement.

I prefer a SE kitchen for natural lighting and better ventilation. Will this work? Does it comply with vasthu?

geetika Join date: May 2013	GeetaMundhan, I have checked ground floor plan for kitchen and it is not in SE, it is in S direction. Their is one cut in your SE and this is going to impact your cash flow and health of lady in the house.
