tie beam obsolete

now i have one quires?

 i making a new extension with rcc column foundation attached with previous brick foundation house.

i have make three new column with rcc and tie beam push in brick foundation up 10".but 2 tie beam push in brick wall but one tie beam not there?is it effect the house if  is no tie beam there?
