Dear Sridhar,
While making analysis of rates for RCC, one must consider following points.
- Quantity of cement
- Quantity of coarse sand
- Quantity of stone ballast or bazri, rates for these items at site,labor for laying cement concrete and cost of water and rent of T&p.
- Add contractor profit.

APART FROM THE COST OF THE CONCRETE FROM THE PLANT, WE NEED TO ADD LABOUR COST, PUMP CHARGE, MACHINERY CHARGE, ANY ADDITIONAL TOOLS ETC.
