among all indian teak is the bestany teak wood would become best based on the age after cut cost also will increase as per the age if u r very particular of very good wood, purchase wooden beams of old dismantled buildings

It would be hard to identify type of teak for laymen, you just need to look at quality of grains. Look for finer grains placed closed together which would definitely look good after polishing.

For woodworking, the workmanship and wood-drying is as important as the actual material. If you are happy with the design veins of all the three kinds of teak, then you can choose either of them as long as you have a good carpentar and follow the proper drying process for wood. Further, if you choose a dark stained colour for polish, then the limited visibility of the wood will allow you to choose from all these 3 teak types as long as they are dimensionally stable.
