Hello Mr Harbans,
What one needs to understand is that general rules are not applicable to individual needs and circumstances. The plot may not be always facing North or Northeast. In such a case the planning has to be done in such a way that maximum benifits are derived from the given situation.
Every direction has certain negative and certain positive locations for Main Entry. So if your plot is South facing we can calculate (based on the Length and width of the plot) the exact location for placing the Main Entry which shall reap profits. Similarly the internal placement can be designed which shall help in smooth functioning.
If you wish to go ahead with proper planning I would suggest that you take professional help.
