Topic: vastu

We are planning to buy a flat which is in L-shape with cut in North-west corner.

It is 3bhk flat, one bedroom in southwest corner. Kitchen is in south-east, pooja room is in North-east corner. Balcony facing east direction. Entrance is north facing. Is it advisable to buy this flat?. Kindly give me an advice. If it is not according to vastu, is there are any remedies to rectify it?
