Join date: Apr 2015 | Interior Designing is a combination of art and concepts.
Concepts you need to learn such as colors, proportion, form, etc. These are the principles of interior design and you learn them like any other profession.
when you use them in projects another element comes into play which is your flair or artistic taste. This is part of your personality.
I think the second is a necessary condition for a good designer. But unless you learn the formal elements of designing you cannot become a complete designer.
