In 20 family apartments water tanks are separate or joined.?

         If you kept one water tank than you may face the wastage of water, in this case some occupants used unnecessary water and there may be chance of some short of fighting. In separate tank one is responsible for use of water and less wastage as occupants know that if I waste water than shortage will be face by me.
