Qualification and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture with a keen interest Professional work experience of 6-8 years in the field of Architecture Prior managerial experience, checking drawings and experience in housing Proficiency with AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, sketch – up and or other 3D software's Excellent written and oral communication skills with an aptitude for research Key Skills & Responsibilities: Provide technical and architectural subject matter expertise and mentoring other technical staff regarding architectural capabilities or constraints Work as a Lead, liaising between the design team and clients to identify project goals and objectives and articulate design opportunities Concerned with development, and/or project management to coordinate changes and support technology initiatives. Oversee multiple projects in order to preserve the architectural vision as well as to meet operational and financial reporting requirements Fully engage in projects from conceptual design through construction documents Define scope of work, budgets and schedules. Demonstrated project experience involving master planning, site design, housing architecture, and construction documentation Active participation in design discussions with clear articulation of ideas. Writing reports, efficient documentation and organization of data Interacting with government and other related agencies Ability to travel for Site visits and analysis
