Hello sir , We have a duplex house constructed 14years ago , now we are planning to add a room of size 8'x 7' (to a height of 10') at the southwest corner of the terrace ,can we rise it directly on the parapet which is 4" thick and the parapet is on a cantilever , the size of the cantilever is 18' in length and 4' in width, the columns are 18' away from each other size of my plot is 143sqyards , sir please suggest the best solution as the construction of the room is as per vaastu. Please find terrace view attached.Thanks |
