Before any commercial interior project contract with an interior decorator, you have to be clear about what you are looking for in the project. The designer will work with your tastes and suggest the design options and the possibly available materials.
1. If you can collect a folder of pictures, either manually or digitally, and then show the designer what you want, then designer will be able to help you more. Some residential sites like www.houzz.com have millions of residential pictures. You may be able to glean some pictures for your commercial project also.

4. Who is buying materials ? If designer, then how are you making sure that you are getting the right price.
