| Hi,
Thank you for your all blogs.
Am planning to build a house G + 1.
Planed are like Ground Floor will have a few spaces for parking, 1 hall, 1 kitchen, 1 toilet, 1 bed room and combine with a mini store.
And 1st floor will have, 1 BHK house each with attached toilet of 2 houses.
Can anyone suggest me if the above plan is nice and can be managed. What I mean is that
can be accurate and as well shouldn't look or make us feel congested?
And the last but the most important thing is what could be the estimated cost in construction AS ON TODAYS RATE. Please work out for A) Labor Contractors B) Building Contractors.
