Dear SIr,     We have constructed house 15years before and we used natural material  on top floor terrace to stop leakage rain water .we also used small bricks ,cement mortar added with natural resin. so far no problem and recently seen dampness on first floor ceiling during rainy season. it seen most of the areas. what is the remedy? can i repair full terrace or using coating? what type of coatin.

Dear Sir,            My building is rcc pillar type G+ 1 construction. 15 years old. some cracks are developed but i dont know when it was developed. I have not painted again after first time paint.what can I do ? I have rainwater harvesting at north-east side measuring 4ft * 4 ft * 10 ft.due to this any sand washed away?it is 6 ft away from building .My  area is clay soil..RegSunder.

bathroom dampness

Dear Sir,             I have 4 bathroom on first floor and i have seen some dampness on groundfloor. but it was for the past 5 years. no water falling down. i have 4 bathroom in first floor . one indian and one western each house. seen this at GF below every bath room. last year ,i hire mason and converted all bathroom in western by removing upto concrete level and relay the tiles. still no improv.
