Process: Here is how the whole process works!

You select a plan whose layout you like. Note down the plan code and purchase the plan.
Once you purchase the plan, we will contact you and send you a questionnaire through which we will understand your requirements.
We will assign a representative for your project and he/she will coordinate all your requirements.
After discussions with you, we will adjust the plan according to your exact plot size and make as many changes as you like. Our prices are based on per square feet of built area and if after changes your built area increases by more than 10% then we will change for the increased area accordingly.
If you also purchase guidance from Vastu expert then an independent vastu expert be assigned to your project and he/she will review your plan and suggest changes.
Once the plan is finalized, we will give you dimensions as shown in the sample drawing and door window schedule.
If you purchase more drawings then the same will be delivered to you.
If you choose a 3-D option too, then the process works as below.
- After completion of the architectural plans, we will recommend and send to you a few pictures/3-D models of the homes. In those pictures, we will ask you to shortlist the items of the exterior elevations. You can also send us the pictures of homes that you like. Through the existing pictures, it will be easier for you to shortlist the material and shape of exterior elevation.
- Based on the architectural plans and your preferences, our 3-D designers will design the 3-D elevation for your home.
If you purchase, 3-D elevation plan then you should also purchase the 2-D elevation plan as all dimensions and levels are provided in the 2-D elevation plans. Your contractor would use the details in the 2-D elevation plan to construct your home. The 3-D pictures are there for a reference so that both you and your contractor can visualize the same thing.

Architectural Plan sample This drawing details out the dimensions for rooms, kitchen, bathroom etc. It has sizes of the opening for doors and windows. It also has the furniture placement and wardrobe details. Drawing Cost: Included in base price

Door Window Schedule sample Door window schedule has the details of door and window dimensions, frame sizes, material specifications, window grill design, details about openable/fixed pane. Drawing Cost: Included in base price

3-D Elevation sample 3-D elevation design is a 3-D rendering of the building by applying the material texture, paint color and other material for the exterior of the building. It helps the users visualize how their building would look after completion. Drawing Cost: An additional Rs. 8 Per SFT for 3 side views

Electrical Drawing Electrical drawings will help your electrician understand the switches requirement and wire plan. It will reduce the costly mistakes of implementing more switches and incorrect wiring. Drawing Cost: An additional Rs. 1 Per SFT

Dear Team,
I have a 40x40 feet square plot in a 2nd highway. But, the plot is facing road at two sides, i.e. at west (40f road-highway) and at east (22f road) and as per government rule I need to keep 3feet clearance to each side of the road, i.e. west and east. As west is the front side of the land, I want to keep 3feet more to west. So, the total usable land area becomes 31x34 sq feet. Please provide an attractive sample design for 31x34 sq feet plot. Preferably use east side for bed rooms because east side is well ventilated and cooler during summer.

i have a south facing plot measuring 30feet by 60 feet in new delhi. i want to construct a house comprising of a basement, a stilt floor, ground, 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor. each floor should have a drawing/dining, 3 bed rooms, kitchen and 3 toilets. please, suggest a few suitable layout plans.

I have a plot which length is 100 feet and width is 80 feet. I have plan to build all 4 side marking ( not full boundary ) only with concrete column with 3 feet inside and 3 feet up means total 6 feet. please provide the drawing to showing every column within 20 feet distance. Thanks And regards
