It is very strange that almost every home construction project in India runs over budget, takes longer than planned and ends up with people compromising on quality as the budget runs out before the project actually completes.
It is a complex problem and it starts way before even the foundation is dug. Bad estimation, poor project planning, improper raw material procurement techniques, and of course changing requirements are some of the reasons why the projects don't complete in budget or on time. But its strange that this problem affects almost every construction project.
We believe that if a problem is such a complex problem then the solution of the problem would not be a straight forward one either and at GharExpert.com we believe that the knowledge is the first step towards solving it. So we are making an effort of providing this knowledge to our readers so that they benefit from the community's experience and build their dream home without compromises.
Now check out the image below; who would think that people put industrial oil on the granite stones to make them look more black but these things happen and its about time that we bring all such techniques in front of every one.
So write to Editor@GharExpert.com and share the unethical practices being used in the construction industry so that we highlight it here.
