Dubai launched 95 Billion Dollar Property Project

While the whole world is counting its cash, Dubai goverment has announced that they would launch a $95 billion project to develop a piece of land near the shore. This is inspite of the uncertain economic conditions in the international market. Apartments, shopping malls and offices will be built in this project and the developer said it has sufficient funds to undetake the construction of this project.

Dubai is already developing several prestigeous projects including The Palm and the Burj to name a few.
