thhe plan is nice and functunal ...but how to get such a plot for 48 to 50 feet width ...depth is about 35 feet..only including set back the plot should be 60 to 70 feet.. better ti shoe samples for generally available width and depth of plots....urs is a rare case.. the architect or engineer"s dexterity lies in planning for the. given size of the plot.courtyard 9feet and 7feet looks nice and as per vasthu this can be lower or it can go up to roof and above and can be closed with protection grills
