       I have gone through your website and found very interesting. I think this a very good place to get valueble information and help.

We are planning to construct a A/C wedding hall in Andhra Pradesh (Near Eluru, WG District). Capacity of the hall should be around 400 people and it should have atleast 6 to 8 guest rooms and one additional hall for smaller functiona like birthdays, engagements, etc capacity should be around 100 people.

Need the estimate for the required land to accommodate the above request and the cost estimate including the Centralized/de-centralized A/C unit. I think small hall can go on the 2nd floor.  Please advise the height of the hall also to provide better look.

My initial expectation of the hall area is around 4000 Sq. Ft. but please provide all your advises and cost and material estimates.
