he is the right person to go to as he knows the rules and regulations of your area

and disscussions are important while coming out with a plan

its not just a plan but spaces where one has to live in

The following details are required for making the drawing of a house.
1) Area and size of plot.
2) Face of the plot whether it is east facing or west facing.
3) Adjoining road and main entry of the plot.
4) Bylaws of authority whose sanctioning is required i.e. how much area of the plot is to be built?
5) Requirements of house owner.
