I have a 600 sq.ft land in tuticorin(Tamil Nadu). It is a village area. currently my parents and two sisters are living there in a old home.  we are planning to construct a new house in the same place. I am thinking a model of single floor duplex home.

Ground Floor =  one hall and kitchen.

First Floor = Two bedrooms and one common bathroom & toilet. stair case to 1st floor shoud be from hall. 

my budget is 12 - 15 lacs.

1. If this plan is possible in 600 sq.ft. then please share me the cost estimation and plan details. 

2. If you think, there is any other better model will be suitable in this space and budget, then please share me the details. 

***I have attached a sample house picture for a exterior look. Please share me the details with a similar construction model.
