 50'.0' (South-North) West Side,

Pls provide me detail cost estimation along with Excavation,civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, pinting and general technical specification with Approved make for the pipes fitting, tiles, rods, bricks, cement, sand, bazari (stone), door accessories, paint etc.

Also provide me Break-up wise cost estimation.

Also pls find herewith enclosed layout plan.
