This will be based on the CMDA approved plan, which I will send in one week. Regarding this report I need to talk to you in person about what is expected in the Bank. 

The other service I need is the estimation for actual construction as per the floor plan given by our architect. This I have right now and will attach.

Building is Stilt + 3 Floors.

Stilt floor -fully parking.

1st  & 2nd Floor is Office space.

3rd Floor is Residential.

Foundation is combined footing @ 15 feet depth and @ 19 tons of steel will be used.
