When we start construction work, the layout of the building is done on the ground. In the demarcation of the layout of any wok, the setting out of the baselines is the most important factor. This is done as per site plan requirement and offsets are taken from the existing road or building and on marking the baseline. After marking the baseline, the center line can be marked with help of the baseline.
