I have a plot measuring 90 sq.mt. (6m x 15 m) at Ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh). In feet the measurement are 19.69 ft x 49.21 ft i.e. 970 sq ft approx. I wish to construct Ground Floor & First Floor on the said plot. I wish to have the detailed estimate of construction with complete details of material involved in construction required and cost based on price prevalent at Ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh).
