Does the elevation of a building is only meant for the user? However an elevation is percieved by all.

there should be some laws to protect the imbalance of facade of a street.

while going through a street, a viewer should have a balance and harmonal vision.

it can only be possible if three will be a strict laws for facade treatment.

cool when i saw the ques I just looked in your profile and was correct you are related to the feild of improvising the city facades nice ques hope many may read it and think about it while doing their buildings

awareness is all that matters and we people are there to educate the clientale.

hope in your practice and consultancy you follow all three aspects

I think you are right, the elevation does not belong to just the user of a home. There are several examples including the pink city Jaipur where regulations on the external appearance brought fame to the area.
