It would be very much helpful for me, If any of you send me the plan. This is my first experience of consturcting a house, so before I contact anybody I am planning to do some ground work and then approach experts on this.

its nice that you want to do some ground work, but i tell you "half know how can be dangerous"
it would be cool if you refer the estimation part given in this site and go through the basics
but remember architects are trained to do such jobs as for as experience is concerned you will get that as conctruction goes
better consult an expert
