My Bathrooom is is in North Direction & WC is Facing west it means that the seat is fixed in east direction & person using is facing west.Please tell where should I put wc,because I cannot change anything else since I am living in Apartment

Your bathroom is in the north direction and water closet is facing west. you can put water closet in north or northeast.
