 Never built, toilet or bedroom above kitchen as this is "agni kon" place of fire , fire and water  cant be together or  above /below each other. Its very dangerous  as it will lead to health problems like high BP and mental problems and there wont be any harmonous relation between the family members.

 South-east is a direction for ‘Agni’. So it’s recommended to have kitchen in south-east. The location of bathroom should be in northern or eastern side of house.
