After completion of the construction when we want to reside in the building, the following tips should be kept in mind for the life of building and its’ good look.

• Cleaning should be done regularly including roof cleaning.  
• The rainy water pipe on the roof should be checked whether its mouth is closed especially in rainy days.
• The floor trap of all sewer line etc. should be checked for blockage.
• The water tank at roof should be fitted with ball cock properly.
• Floor and roof should not be given direct heat.
• Wire gauze & glass pans should be cleaned from time to time.
• The hinges of door and windows should be oiled from time to time.
• White washing and painting should be done at every year.
•  When any crack is found in the building, it should be repaired immediately.
•  Anti termite treatment should be given to wooden furniture from time to time.
• There should be no harming on the floor for any reason.
