The construction cost of any building depends on the specification used in the building. The cost depends on the type of material used in flooring, doors, cabinets, finishing of internal and external walls of the building.
Provision of lighting, bathrooms accessories and ot her required facilities given to the rooms also affect the cost of building a construction.
