1. We suggest to make a collapsible grill if you can make so as and when car is not there, you can pull the same .  Alternatively we suggest to place a crystal pyramid at missing corner area inside the flooring.
2. Living room is ok  you can energize the south east corner by fire element like red hanging lamp, picture of candles etc. Also place your main switch at there zone
3. We suggest to fix a wooden pyramid on the staircase , if you are not able to shift
4. Comod should be placed facing north or south. But since your directions are in corner, it can be placed as per layout.Wash basin can be placed at west, north west , east or north east level at bathroom. Wash ing unit can be kept at any place except south east corner
5. Windows at south should be avoided or minimum. You can have more and bigger windows at other three sides
6. Balcony at 1^st floor is placed perfectly and projection at east corner is ok
7. We suggest to fix a copper sheet above the kitchen (in ceiling)  so it does not have harmful effect of toilet above. You can have toilet door from inside or outside level.

Some important tips:-

-         Have good Crystal Chandelier at the living room to enhance the energy of the house

-         Use images of rock mounitain or running houses at south wall

-         Avoid black or grey colours in the furniture, curtains etc. or use minimum

-         Use of  glass bricks at north east level in some part brings more positive energy in the house

-         Make sure that you have higher boundry at south west level and lower at north east

Hello,

-By making a porch, you are cutting the corner making a shape of the house irregular. We recommend to do not cut any part of the house

-Kitchen fall below the toilet , hence we suggest to make a walkin ward robe above the gas and toilet should be planed at other side.

-Terrace falls at south west & west side the house. We suggest to make at north east portion
