Advantages and disadvantages of Steel doors and windows?

 Topic: Advantages and disadvantages of Steel doors and windows?
I plan to use steel doors and windows ie. www.ileafdoors.com, http://cuirassdoors.com/ etc. instead of traditional wood and concrete. So, I would like to know whether its really rust proof for long years as they claim to be?
